cold room missing coffee cups
My stay had some problems. The room felt very cold. Staff tried to fix it but it didn't work. I asked for coffee cups a few times, they were not in my room! They only gave me water and alcohol glasses. The cups arrived only on my last day, I am not used to this treatment.

weak water pressure sewage smell
My stay got off to a rough start with the shower. Water pressure was quite weak. This was a constant annoyance. There was also a recurring sewage smell emanating from the bathroom. It made relaxing in the room difficult, the broken phone in the room also added to the frustration. I had to physically go to the front desk for every request.

i have visited this hotel for years, i am saddened by my recent experience. the complimentary water and welcome fruits arrived only after dinner. i had to request water upon arrival. the blanket had a strange odor reminiscent of vomitus, so i requested new linens. also, weird noises from machinery or pipes disrupted sleep every morning around 6-7am..
